Refunds
Once we have received the item we will confirm receipt and notify you when the refund is processed if applicable.
After we have processed the refund the money will be returned to your account as soon as possible, usually within 2-4 working days.
We do not cover the cost of return shipment.
Samples are not covered by the refund policy.
The customer is responsible for any item they return to us. It is their responsibility to send the item using an appropriate courier and we recommend a tracked service so that they are able to trace the item as it is returned and have peace of mind. Any item we do not receive back, regardless of reason, will not qualify for any refund.
